HERZLIYA, Israel, March 05, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Playtika Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: PLTK) (“Playtika”) announced today that it has successfully priceed its previously announced offering for a total principal amount of $ 600 million of its senior bonds due 2029 au pair. The Notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of 4.250% per annum and will mature on March 15, 2029. The offer is expected to close on March 11, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
