Spacesmith is seeking a talented and motivated candidate for a key position as Intermediate architecture designer to start as soon as possible. We are a group of dynamic professionals who foster a dynamic and creative culture with opportunities for professional growth, involvement in various types of projects and phases of the design process.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various types of buildings and stages of design and development. They will also have good managerial and organizational skills combined with a high level of design and technical ability. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in an interdisciplinary and deadline-oriented atmosphere. They must be able to multitask, be self-sufficient, and recognize when additional input is needed. The position will interface with the New York office.
Qualifications:
-
Professional degree in architecture or interior design
-
3 to 8 years of experience in all phases of design from drawing to construction administration, on-the-job and / or retail experience encouraged.

Strong organizational, collaboration and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate internally and with external consultants

Proficient in Revit
-
Proficient in AutoCAD
-
Mastery of Adobe suites and other technical tools required for the project

Legally authorized to work in the United States with a proficiency in the English language
